Refund and Returns Policy

• • Offer valid until New Year.

• • Only delivery charges will be deducted/charged on returned items.

• • Applicable on articles priced below PKR 10,000.

• • Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the item.

• • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• • All tags must be intact.

• Upon receiving the returned item, it will be inspected. Once approved, the refund will be processed.
